Day 01. MEXICO CITY
Assistance and transfer airport- hotel. Overnight.
Day 02. CITY TOUR WITH ANTHROPOLOGY MUSEUM
Breakfast. We will go to historic down town, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1987. We will see the “Zócalo” or main square, the Cathedral, the Government Palace with Diego Rivera’s murals, where we will find five centuries of history of Mexico. Panoramic view of some beautiful buildings as: Mining Palace, National Art Museum, Post Office and the Alameda central park, where the Fine Arts Palace is located. Head to Reforma Avenue and Chapultepec area. Visit to Anthropology Museum, one of the most important in the world. You may stay there on your own and visit some other halls as: Teotihuacan, Toltec, Olmec or Mixtec-Zapotec cultures or go back to the hotel. We suggest an optional tour to Xochimilco´s water canals. Overnight.
Day 03. BASILICA OF GUADALUPE & TEOTIHUACÁN PYRAMIDS
Breakfast. We will go to the Three Cultures Square at Tlatelolco area. Continue to Guadalupe Shrine, the second most visited catholic sanctuary in the world. Head to the archaeological site of Teotihuacán, “where the men become gods”. We will admire this advanced culture with the Sun & Moon pyramids, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl and the Butterflies palace. Lunch. Visit to a handicraft factory and go back to the hotel. Overnight.
Day 04. MÉXICO CITY-MÉRIDA
Breakfast. Transfer to airport. Arriving in Mérida. Assistance and transfer to hotel. Time at leisure. Overnight. Flight ticket Mex-Mid not included.
Day 05. UXMAL LIGHT & SOUND SHOW
Breakfast. After noon departure to Uxmal "The tree times built", one of the biggest and interesting archaeological sites of Maya world. Admire the structures like: the Guesser Pyramid, the house of the Governor, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, the Ballgame Court and the house of turtles. Dinner. Return to the site to enjoy the light and sound show. Capture the enchantment and mysticism of the Mayan legends. Afterward go back to Mérida city. Overnight.
Day 06. MERIDA–CHICHEN-CANCUN/RIVIERA MAYA
Breakfast. Continue on to Chichen Itzá, considered the cosmic university of Mayan culture. This archaeological site reveals the Mayan knowledge on mathematics, architecture and astronomy. We will see important buildings as: the Kukulcan temple or “the Castle”, the Ballgame Court, the skull temple, the Jaguar’s temple, the Observatory, the One Thousand Columns, and the Sacred Well. Lunch buffet. Visit a water well (cenote). Continue to Cancún. Overnight.
Day 7. CANCÚN
Breakfast. Day at leisure. Overnight.
Day 8. CANCÚN
Breakfast. Day at leisure. Overnight.
Day 9. CANCÚN
Breakfast. Transfer to airport. End of services. Flight tickets are not included.
