Prices
include:
Hotels: as listed in programs. If for
reasons beyond our control the lodging is not available,
the Touroperator will provide others hotels of the same
or superior quality.
Rooms: With private bathroom. The confirmations
for single, double, triple or quad rooms only refer to
the number of full paying passengers, in any way to the
number or type of beds within the room.
Meals: as indicated in each program.
Tours and Sightseeing: as mentioned in the different programs,
with local English or Spanish-English speaking guides,
certified by Secretary of Tourism of México.
Transfers: When it is specifically mentioned
in the program or reserved, otherwise, no transfer will
be provided.
Transportation:
Air conditioned motorcoach, minibus or Van.
Prices
do not include: any services not specifically
mentioned in the programs such as: domestic flights, extra
charges in hotels, tips, meals, beverages, laundry, telephone
calls, Internet, pay per view, as well as airport taxes,
visa fee, vaccines, overweight charge, insurances and
any personal expenses.
Booking: 50% in advance per reservation
is required. The total payment must be received in our
office 7 days before beginning the tour. Reservations
are valid only when Touroperator confirm by Fax or e-mail.
Assume a total conformity on these Terms and Conditions
who reserve any service described in this brochure.
Airline Tickets: Changes on dates or
schedule may cause charges which passengers have to pay.
Passengers are responsible for confirming their flights
at least 24 hours before departure. Our representatives
may help on this matter. Passengers must be at airport
at least 2 hours before departure in domestic flights
and 3 hours in international flights. Parity Currency:
this brochure is based on supplier’s fares and parity
of currency, if there is some drastic variation, we would
have to change price and client would have the option
of accept or get their money back.
Cancellations & Changes: Any cancellation made 20-15
days before departure is subject to an administration
fee of usd 50 per file. 14-10 days 25%, 9-3 days 50% and
48 hours before departure 100% cancellation fee apply.
Additionally to these penalties, passenger must pay any
extra charges in air fares, cruises, charter flights,
escorted tours, if they apply.
Refunds: Any refund will be made by their
travel agency, at the end of the tour, in their country.
Unused portions, no refunds or adjustments will be made
for portion of the trip or related services not taken
or used.
Luggage: Two pieces are included, not
exceeding a total weight of 30 kg. in tours by bus or
ship and 20 kg. in tours by air. Luggage is carried by
transporters at the passengers risk and the Operator accepts
no responsibility whatsoever for loss, theft or damage.
We therefore recommend luggage insurance.
Responsibility: AUTOTUR-JULIATOURS SA
DE CV, Tour Operator, which organizes the tours described
in this brochure, with registration in the Secretary of
Tourism of México Number 3090604800, DECLARE be
acting only as agent between the passengers and suppliers
as: hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, restaurants,
other agencies, etc. So, passengers require specific services
and Tour Operator only contract them on behalf of themselves.
In case of delays, losses, accidents, strikes or Acts
of God, the Tour Operator will do their best in order
to help the passengers, with no other responsibility.
When Tour Operator cancels any tour because of something
not imputable to passengers, will refund the total amount
of payments. When passengers buy a tour they are accepting
the terms and conditions described in this catalogue.
